• 4. Order Processing & Shipping : Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics provider. We are not responsible for delays in processing or shipping due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, force majeure events).


• 5. Order Cancellation : Orders can be canceled within three 3 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Replacement/Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items This item is non-returnable due to the nature of the product.


2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements Refunds or replacements will be granted only in the case of damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired products. Any such refund or replacement request must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of product. You must provide clear images of the item and its defects (or any other specific request) via the "Your Orders" section for verification based on which we will determine the best recourse of refund or replacement.


3. Refund Processing Time Once approved, refund or replacement will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method. If opting for a replacement, the new item will be shipped within 30 business days after approval.
